Do aperture integration.

Parameters
apThe current ap structure
xnisoThe isophotal flux
xbarThe X position of the object
ybarThe Y position of the object
sxxSecond moment in X
syySecond moment in Y
sxySecond moment cross term
areal0The first areal profile
tmaxThe peak flux of the object
ttotalThe output total integrated flux
Returns
CPL_ERROR_NONE if all went OK (Currently this is the only value).

Description: The integrated flux of an object is calculated using matched.
