RELEASE NOTES 2_9_7

The present version of the UVES pipeline has been improved with 
respect to version 2.2.0 mainly in the following:

o Improved optimal extraction quality.
o Improved ThAr lines catalog accuracy.
o Fixed some compilation warnings to improve code portability.
o Fixed bugs setting the target offset during the efficiency computation.
o Fixed bugs computing the variance.
o Fixed bugs in using different merging options in REDUCE/SPAT
o Prevented the possibility to have guess and final order tables misaligned.
o Support of TFLAT data reduction. Additional quality control parameters computation.
o The FITS header of pipeline products has been uniformed across
instrument pipelines.
o Updated documentation.
