Deprecation notice for the ifw-core/protocol component.

The ifw-core/protocol libraries (protocol/base and protocol/open62541) are deprecated: their OPC UA client functionality is now provided by uatools (the ualib library, ifw::fnd::defs::ICommAdapter over open62541). The protocol tree is kept for backwards compatibility only and will be removed in a future release. New code should use uatools/ualib instead.

Every public protocol header includes this file so that any compilation touching the component emits the notice below once. To retire the whole component, delete this header and its includes together with the tree.
