Reconnect-policy parsed from ConnectionOptions::properties.
Library default: auto-reconnect IS on, retry every 5s, NEVER give up (matches the old ifw-core/protocol/open62541 TaskPoll behaviour that FCF/CCF rely on for 24/7 operation). A value of 0 for either limit means "unlimited". To disable recovery entirely, set auto_reconnect=false (the historical behaviour of plain Connect / Disconnect).
Callers that want a fail-fast policy (e.g. UaClient as a CLI diagnostic tool) override max_attempts to a finite value via ConnectionOptions::properties.Set("reconnect_max_attempts", ...).
