The following is a list of the changes in the ESOFORM package, listed
in the order in which they appear in the file; please refer to the
"ESOFORM LaTeX User's Manual" (file usersmanual.tex) for further
information.

V.63.4 (23-Sep-98)

* Fixed problem in template.tex and templatelarge.tex files:
  added macro \MakePageVisitorInstrument to print the visitor
  instrument page

V.63.3 (22-Sep-98)

* Fixed bug with FEROS and WFI configuration.

* Fixed problem: users can specify a non integer number of nights.

* Fixed bug within the third description page of large programmes.

V.63.2 (07-Sep-98)

* Added "Getting help" section to the Users' Manual

* Made ESOFORM package compatible with older LaTeX installations.

* Fixed bug with list environments.

* Fixed problem: template.tex and templatelarge.tex referring to a
  non-existent macro.

* Fixed bug in common.sty, now sets up tabular column spacing
  correctly.
