Tested dispersion correction in CHAMELEON using simulated data with dispersion.

Supervised summer student (Hoang-Hai Nguyen) who processed more than 13 
nights of data through CONSTRICTOR and CHAMELEON, only preliminary calibration.
Summer student also helped with the final orbit fitting of Mizar A.

Implemented new error estimation for visibility data in CHAMELEON.
