Hummel implemented packages for imaging and global astrometric solutions
into the NPOI data reduction software. He simulated global astrometric
observations for study of parameter uncertainties and correlations.

Hummel modified and implemented routines written by M. Wittkowski into the 
NPOI data analysis software for the modeling of limb-darkened stellar disks
directly with stellar atmosphere models of R. Kurucz.
