Monthly report for December 1998 by Christian A. Hummel:

Hummel added tools to OYSTER to study interactively the effect of siderostat 
pivot point offsets on the astrometric delay.

Hummel continued to prepare observing schedules, reduce data, and notify 
PIs of their observations. He wrote a summary on the status of proposal
observations for the NPOI Time Allocation Committee.

Hummel prepared a set of NPOI Mizar A images for inclusion in Kaufmann's 
introductory book on Astronomy.
