I added code to CHAMELEON to correct astrometric delays using the metrology
motion solutions from INCHWORM, and to select different reference stations.

I added the Hipparcos output catalog to the list of available catalogs in
STARBASE. Proper motion corrections are applied using software supplied on
one of the Hipparcos catalog compact discs.

I finished the NPOI data reduction for Eta Pegasi, and fitted an orbit to
the combination of interferometric, spectroscopic, and astrometric (parallax
from Hipparcos) data.
