CAH went to Flagstaff Nov 2 - 5 for a meeting on aips++ as an environment 
for NPOI data reduction software.

CAH added a brief summary on how to reduce data with his software to the
information sent to PIs, and he created an HTML tour of his software which 
was added to the help pages.

CAH implemented logarithmic limb darkening coefficients into the NPOI
modeling software. A few small bug fixes were done.
