Monthly report for September 2002 by Christian A. Hummel:

Hummel reduced 19 nights of NPOI data; 5 on regular imaging,
7 nights astrometry tests, and 7 on Cepheid diameters.

Hummel summarized the astrometry test results in a web page
for the NPOI internal pages. The dispersion algorithm was found
to work well, but the frequency of the constant term measurements
was found to be an important limitation to the asrometric accuracy.
Hummel also added the analysis of the fiducial test measurements, 
which had not been done so far for the experiments EOR 12 to 14.
The FDL metrology was not found to be a limiting factor for astrometry.
