An HTX catalogue file is a text file with the name
"htx.catalogue" which resides in a document
library. Each line of the file should contain
an entry consisting of three fields separated by white space, in the
form:
docname docfile title_text
where:
docname is the name by which the document is to be known
docfile is the name of the file containing the document, given
relative to the document library directory
title_text is the document's title, which may contain
further white space
