TermWindows, simplified Version for MIDAS.

The files in the tw directory are simple LINKS to the complete
TermWindows Version in directory tw3.

To run the minimal version, compile with NOTRACING options, i.e.

==> On UNIX	cc -DNOTRACING
==> On VMS	cc/define=NOTRACING

Required libraries: OSLIB

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

The test program is tvtest.exe

Be sure, for this test, that TERMCAPFILE is defined as the file
../../incl/TERMCAPFILE
