1) the first parameter, `window_manager_flag' has been removed from the
   command INITIALIZE/DISPLAY, there is no more need to distinguish among
   different window managers

2) the syntax of EXECUTE/CATALOG and WRITE/SETUP catalog has been changed,
   use INFO/CATALOG to see the new layout
