	reset Xwindow display after Control C

Purpose:
           Reset Xwindow display after Control C.

Syntax: 
           RESET/DISPLAY full_flag

           full_flag = NO/YES - defaulted to NO
               if set to YES also the Color Mode of INITIALIZE/DISPLAY is
               reset to PseudoColor
