[PPRS 12173] This report is open for PAranal informations, the modifications will be made by Tim Canavan in Garching.
      
      Currently the VIMOS.INSERT.QUEUE which is used in masktracker is allways full of all the OB's that currently have a mask inserted.
      We want to have the operations of this queues modified in the following way.
      
      When an insertion has been done and the report processed, the queue is completely cleaned up but not the execution sequence.
      The queue will then be filled with OB's corresponding to the
      currently inserted set of masks. This mean only one OB per set
      and not all of them as it is now.
      
      During all this operations the contains of the execution sequence will not be changed in order to have the OB

         PAF.DIRECTORY
