* [1320] HIGH ? in order to calculate the rank, the tool considers ALL
  programme types (i.e. including ToO and large ones): you may have,
  for instance, rank 1,2 3 for normal obs runs, then rank 4 for a
  large run, then rank 5 for another normal run, etc. But when
  calculating the cut-off lines, it considers only Normal+GTO obs
  runs. I remember that for those programme categories, the cutoff
  line is set during the last day meeting. So, if this is still to be
  like that, when displaying Large and ToO runs, the cut-off line
  button (and functionality) should be disabled isn't it ?
