shell script that compares two models, one using stored file opacities, 
another generating on the fly, and compares to confirm that results are identical.
do this by adding a command to ignore opacity file.  does two tests - one that
current version of code gets same answer with file and fly opacacities, and second that the 
ionizaiton distribution agrees with an older stored set, called testopac.ref - this last file 
will need to be updated from time to time to keep current with evolution of the code

comp4.c - runs grid of 4 models, producing two output file that will be identical if greds
run ok - this is test that code initializes itself ok
