Append a new line to the recorded history of an observation.
EXAMPLE

PARAMETERS
----------

text   -   The text of the new history line. This will be truncated to a
           maximum of 80 characters where necessary.

CONTEXT
-------
The only history information that difmap writes is a line to say when the
UV FITS file was read into difmap. If you wish to record more processing
history this command may be used to do it.
