Set the viewport for a new plot on the current plot surface.

PARAMETERS

left    -    The normalized device coordinate of the left edge of
             the new viewport.
right   -    The normalized device coordinate of the right edge of
             the new viewport.
bottom  -    The normalized device coordinate of the bottom edge of
             the new viewport.
top     -    The normalized device coordinate of the top edge of
             the new viewport.
