This panel controls the essential tools to display 3-D data
from the interferometer or the 30-m.  3 sub-panels are available:

	MAP		Display an (l,m,Velocity) cube
	POS		Display a (Velocity,l,m) cube or
			(m,Velocity,l) or any 3-D data cube
	SPECTRA		Display spectra from a (Velocity,l,m) cube

One additional commands can be used from the panel:

	Show Current Header

2 NAME
	(character)

	Controls the generic name of displayed cubes

2 DO_HEADER
	(logical)

	Control the display of a summary besides the data cube.
