Sybase Logon Dialog

Server: Enter the case-sensitive name of the server containing the System 10 
or System 11 database tables that you want to access.

Username: If required, enter your logon ID (case-sensitive).

Password: If required, enter your password for the system (case-sensitive).

Database: Enter the name of the database you that want to access (case-
sensitive).

OK
Completes the logon and writes the values to the system information.

Cancel
Closes the dialog box without writing the values to the system information.
