	Fixed a problem detected by Skip Shaller with the Data General
	compiler. The problem was the use of DFLOAT() instead of DBLE(),
	so they were changed (PG, SS 07/Mar/91).

	Set the default latitude and longitude to INDEF (PG 29/May/92).
