Menu for the package stsdas.foc.foccs encounts - Compute encircled energy (counts) for star images. fextract - Extract regions around stars in a focus image. faradius - Compute average radius of autocorrelation of star images. fradius - Compute average radius of star images. fsquares - Compute sum-of-squares sharpness criterion. fblot - Blot out focus images of a star. fgauss - Fit a Gaussian to output from 'fsquares' to find focus. fhyper - Fit a hyperbola to output from 'faradius' or 'fradius' to find focus. flall - Do all steps to make a flat field (UNI file). flborder - Replace border by extrapolating from nearest pixel. flcorner - Replace corner of f/48 internal flat with external flat. flmakev - Make a mask table from a mask image for use by 'flvmask'. flnorm - Normalize a flat field by dividing by average of middle region. flvmask - Apply a mask table to interpolate along vertical lines.
