Menu for the package stsdas.toolbox.tools

       base2dec - Convert a number in a base to base 10 (decimal).
          ddiff - Print differences between two directory trees.
       dec2base - Convert a base 10 (decimal) number to another base.
	  epoch - Convert between different time formats.
         fparse - Parse file specifications and leave results in parameters.
      mkapropos - Make the apropos database.
    newredshift - Change the redshift of spectra
       tprecess - Precess images, tables, or lists of coordinates.
       uniqfile - Give a file a unique name prior to archiving.
         uniqid - Create a unique character string identifier.
       uniqname - Create a unique file name for archiving.
        uniqtab - Give all the files in an STSDAS table unique names.
