Purpose:      
              Given two columns of a table, 
              calculates the Rank-Order correlation coefficient
              (Spearman \& Kendall)

Syntax:       
              ASSOCIATE/RANK table col1 col2 [action]

              table = name of the table

              col1  = first column
\ap\pa
              col2 = second column

              action = K(endall) or S(pearman) defaulted to K

Note:        
             The command will return the Rank-Order correlation coefficient  as
             well as the probability of exceeding its value under Null 
             Hypothesis, the Null Hypothesis being: \\
             "The two data sets are not associated "
