Purpose:      
             Given two columns of a table, performs the F-Test
             for significantly different variances

Syntax:       
             FTEST/VAR table col1 col2

             table = name of the table

             col1  = first column

             col2 = second column

Note:        
             The command will return the value of F as well as
             the probability of exceeding this value under the Null Hypothesis,
             the Null Hypothesis being : 
             "The data sets have consistant variances"
