Purpose:  
           Explain contents of given keyword.

          In the Help GUI this help is accessed via "Keywords" in the 
          "Commands" menu.

           HELP/KEYWORD key

           key = name of keyword we want to get a description of;

              the key has to be a system or fixed key, i.e. a key stored in
              the initial keyword file, MID_MONIT:syskeys.dat
