Purpose:  
          Print ASCII file catalog entries.

Syntax:
          PRINT/ACAT [cat_name] [lowno,hino]

          cat_name = name of catalog; defaulted to active ASCII file catalog

          lowno,hino = first and last entry to be listed; defaulted to 1,9999
