Purpose:      
              Convert a 3-D Table (created with 90NOV Version) to an Old Format

Syntax:       
              RETRO/TABLE  table

              table       = table name

Note:        
              This conversion is not always possible, since the 3D table
              system offers many more possibilities. Format extensions
              (e.g. dates, sexagesimal) will be removed.
