SHOW/ICAT [cat_name] [display_flag]
	show no. of entries in an image catalog

Purpose:  
          Display the total no. of entries + last entry no. in an image catalog.

Syntax:   
          SHOW/ICAT [cat_name] [display_flag]

          cat_name = name of image catalog;

              defaulted to currently active image catalog

          display_flag = D(isplay) or N(odisplay), for displaying the
              information on the terminal or not; defaulted to D
