Purpose:
          Wait until command in background MIDAS terminates.

          WAIT/BACK_MIDAS [unit]

          unit = unit of background Midas;

               if unit is omitted, we wait on outstanding commands sent to each
               background Midas

Note:  
          Depending upon the CONNECT/BACK command, we wait or don't wait
          for the commands executed in a background Midas.
