PLOT/SPECTRUM  in  [start,end]
	plots a rebinned spectrum in wavelength range

Purpose:    
            After extraction (extract/echelle) and resampling
            (rebin/echelle) a spectrum can be plotted in
            wavelength range.

Syntax:     
            PLOT/SPECTRUM in [start,end]

            in = name of the rebinned spectrum.

            start,end = wavelength range of the plot.
                        By default the graphic window set-up is
                        taken into account.

            1) The y-axis limits of the plot are by default determined
            by the range of the first order plotted. It is usually
