Purpose:    check image quality of FEROS by fitting Gauss-Hermite polynomials

	    frame   =   extracted pixel order frame (ThAr)

            linetbl =   table with detected lines

            fwhm    =   estimated FWHM of lines (world coordinates)

Note:       
	    This is a utility command for focusing FEROS.
            It is not part of the FEROS DRS proper but needs 
            an extracted ThAr spectrum to work on. 
            
            It fits Gauss-Hermite polynomials to lines in the 
            pixel order frame. A list of detected lines is also
            needed. The command can be used to focus FEROS.
            The higher Gauss-Hermite coefficients can also be used to
            check quantitavely for line asymmetries as a function of
            position.
