        copies keywords to descriptors or vice versa

Purpose:    
            The keywords of a session can be written to descriptors
            of an associated file in write mode. The keywords can
            be retrieved from the descriptors of a file in read mode.

            SAVINIT/FEROS filename  accessmode

            filename = name of file to write to or read from
