	plots the values of the quality control table

Purpose:    
            plots the normalised values of the quality control table.

            PLOT/QC [instr]  [param]  [nbmax]  [graph_lim]  [tol_lim]

            instr =  Instrument name (SUSI or EMMI) \\
                      Default: SUSI

            param = Parameters plotted (BIAS, DARK, FLAT, ALL) \\
                      Default: ALL

            nbmax = Maximum number of last measures plotted \\
                      Default: 50

            graph_lim = limits in y_axis of the normalised values graph \\
                      Default: 0.8, 1.2

            tol_lim = tolerance on the normalised values. \\
                      Default: 0.98, 1.02
