	generate sinusoidal, sloping 1-dimensional image

Purpose:   
           Generate sinusoidal, sloping 1-dimensional image.

Syntax:    
           CREATE/SPC1 image [slope] [ampl] [period] [phase] [dim]

           image   = the output image name,

           slope   = the slope on which the sine wave is superimposed
                     (default = 0.0); flux added to the periodic pattern
                     in the I'th image pixel is slope*I,

           ampl    = half peak-to-peak (default = 10.0),

           period  = period of the sine wave (default = 8.5 pixel units),

           phase   = default = 0.0,

           dim     = ... of the output image (default = 128).

           Normalization to a mean flux of 100 units per pixel is carried out.
