	Converts a spectrum in image format into the FIT/LYMAN table format.

Purpose:    
            Converts a spectrum in image format into the FIT/LYMAN table format

Syntax:     
            CONVERT/LYMAN   image table stdev resolution

            image      = name of the input normalized spectrum.

            table      = name of the output spectrum
 \\
\ap\pa
            stdev      = image containing the stdev of  the   normalized 
			 spectrum

            resolution = may be:\\
                         a) an image containing the instrumental FWHM along 
			    the spectrum.\\
                         b) the value of the resolution, by which the FWHM is 
			    computed as:\\
                            :FWHM =   :WAVE / resolution
