Purpose:    
           Creates an image from a scale of a wavelet transform

Syntax:     
           EXTRAC/WAVE Name_File_Wavelet Name_File_Out Scale_Number

           Name_File_Wavelet = File Name of the file which contains the 
                           the wavelet transform.

           Name_File_Out = File name of the created image

           Scale_Number =  Scale Number of the plane which will be extracted
