INIT/ECHELLE [name]
	initializes echelle parameters

Purpose:    
            Initializes the session parameters for the echelle reduction.
            The command works in two modes:
\\
            - Defaulting the name, all the parameters are set to the
              default value.
\\
            - If the session name is given, parameters and working
              tables are taken from that session.

Syntax:     
            INIT/ECHELLE [name]

            name  = optional name with the session name

Note:      
            The command "SAVE/ECHELLE name" has to be used previously in 
            order to save the session.
