	Optimal weighted merging of echelle orders

Purpose:    
            Optimal weighted merging of echelle orders. A weight image 
            is required.

Syntax:     
            MERGE/OPTIMAL rebima  weight  out  [delta]

            rebima = Input rebined echelle spectrum, \\
                     as provided by REBIN/ECHELLE.

            weight = Standard deviation image. The actual coefficients \\
                     involve in the weighted merging will correspond \\
                     to the variance (squared standard deviation image).
