	check consistency of frame size against predefined values.

Purpose:    
            Low level command of echelle package. Called by many
            commands to check input frames.

            VERIFY/ECHELLE file [type]

            type     = Can be FRAME (default), TABLE, EXTR, REBIN

Note:       
            The size of the images are checked against the value
            of the following echelle keywords:

            IMSIZE/I/1/2   Size of raw frames (number of col., rows)\\
            ECHORD(1)      Number of orders\\
            SCAN/I/1/2     Limit of scanned part of raw frames
