HST/SPEC  fits_wave fits_flux table
	converts two HST FITS files providing wavelength and flux information

Purpose:    
            This command converts two HST FITS files providing
            wavelength and flux information into a Midas table. 
            The columns :WAVE and :FLUX carry the wavelength and 
            flux information. Additional columns :LAB0001 to :LABxxxx
            provide intermediate exposures. All descriptors from the
            flux FITS files are copied to the result table.
