The left button is what you will generally use to navigate throught the ASSIST. The @b mouse button is used to obtain help. If you press the middle button on a task or package in a tree, help will be displayed. The @b button is used for special actions. For example, if you press the right button on the value field of a pset parameter in the parameter editor, a parameter editor of that pset will be created. If you press the right button on the value field of an indirect parameter, the resolved value of that parameter will be displayed.
