This button allows users to ask questions, make comments, report bugs, and request enhancements. When pressed, these four options are displayed as command buttons in a window. Pressing one of the command buttons will bring up a text window into which you can enter your question, bug report, etc. The completed text is mailed to an expert (depending on the way ASSIST is set up at a given site). Answers are mailed back to the user and also can be integrated back into the ASSIST knowledge base. In this way, knowledge about the system grows with time. (Hence the name of the underlying system is AnswerGarden.)
