At the top of the XDir display is a command box containing several standard
commands:

@b<Quit> @break
- quit the XDir program

@b<Help> @break
- display the XDir help file

@b<Long Disp/Short Disp> @break
- toggle between a displaying full info on files, including owner, size, last
modification data, and displaying only file names

@b<Show Hidden/No Hidden> @break
- toggle between showing all files including hidden files (beginning with ".")
and not showing hidden files (unless the template starts with ".")

@b<Auto CD/No CD> @break
- toggle between sending "cd" command to external xterm when directory is
changed and not sending "cd" command. @break
- When AutoCD is turned on, the target xterm will "track" the directory being displayed by XDir.  In this case,
the file select mechanism in the file and directory display will select
only the file name. @break
- When NoCD is active, the target xterm does not track
changes in XDir and the select mechanism selects the full file pathname.
